Employee Engagement Testimonials

We have involved JBM factory employees in BNF activities in Ghatigaon Villages of Gwalior in various activities like setting up poshan vatika, seed balls preparations, household visits and holding exhibition at factory space for community suposhan sakhis. With the support of BNF, JBM factory recently in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVS) Gwalior has facilitated 8 days fully sponsored residential training on millets for BNF influential women change makers (Suposhan Sakhis). After completion of the training Suposhan Sakhis have conducted an exhibition for our employees at JB Mangaram (JBM) where around 45 people participated and purchased the healthy products made by suposhan Sakhis for theirfamily members. Also our staff have appreciated the efforts of Suposhan Sakhis by keeping certain edible products in their canteen for regular consumption by factory employees. We are happy to see and engage in the meaningful work of Britannia Nutrition Foundation.

Hajipur Factory Team has been involved in BNF activities in various ways. One such way is that we have set up a Poshan Vatika in factory premises and growing green vegetables which gets distributed to the needy families. The factory team visits BNF program villages & conducts sessions with beneficiaries. Our factory employees have celebrated the contribution of women towards anaemia and malnutrition reduction program in Bihar, Hajipur on International Women's Day! Our Hajipur employees have appreciated each and every change maker who has shared their story of change, positive attitude and behaviour after joining BNF anaemia and malnutrition reduction program. We are supporting BNF in expanding their philanthropic work on ground and always there to be part of engagement activities

We have celebrated National Girl Child Day with the school students of Dohali Karka High School, Kamrup, with the support of Women and Child Development, Government of Assam. Various cultural events were performed by school students to celebrate the joy of the day with the support of Britannia Nutrition Foundation. Kamrup district government stakeholders (Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joint director of Health Services) have graced the occasion. Teachers, principal, experts from social sector have talked about right to education and health and nutrition. We are happy that we have appreciated and provided rewards to the nutrition champions for their contribution towards strengthening Britannia Nutrition Foundation Swasth Bharat Program

This gives us a proud feeling that we have facilitated Poshan Maah rally with Britannia Nutrition foundation in Rudrapur. BNF is doing beautiful work for anaemia and malnutrition reduction. We are part of BNF through various awareness based activities on ground and Poshan Maah has given Rudrapur employees to engage with 200 school students, 300Anganwadi workers and government stakeholders. District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer of Rudrapur, IAS and District program officer, MLA graced the rally with school students at Gandhi Park. Our Rudrapur Britannia Industries Factory employees coordinated the event and encouraged young minds for the importance of growth and development in life
